Bruno P. Ferraro, 64, of Pattersonville passed away Monday November 26, 2012 surrounded by his loving family at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Born in Udine, Italy, he was the son of the Edmondo and Anita (Ceppellotti) Ferraro of Schenectady. He served in the Army Reserve. Bruno was employed as a General Superintendant for DiGesare Mechanical Inc in Guilderland before retiring in April 2010. He was a member of Local 7. Bruno was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Church in Schenectady. He is survived by his loving wife Fay (Hellijas) Ferraro whom he married February 17, 1989, one daughter Renee Anita Ferraro of Pattersonville, two sisters Vera Apostol (Paul) of Ballston Lake and Loredana Adams of Burnt Hills, three nieces Kristin Adams, Brianna Adams and Angelica Apostol, two nephews Nicholas Forte and Dominick Marotta as well as several other nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Wednesday at 10AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. Calling Hours will be Tuesday evening 5-7PM. Internment will be in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Niskayuna. Contributions in lieu of flowers, can be made in Bruno's memory to the Dr. Matthias Holdhosff's Brain Cancer Research- John Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center 100 N. Charles Street Suite 234 Baltimore , MD 21201. Please make checks out to John Hopkins Medical Center.
