Bruce Hopson

Bruce C. Hopson, 62, of Rosendale Road Niskayuna died Friday November 5, 2004 at home after a long illness. Bruce was born in Albany, NY and is the son of the late Adam Hopson and Doris (Duell) Hopson. He lived most of his life in the Latham area. Bruce was employed since 1962 as a Field Service Engineer for Mitel Telecommunications in Latham. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. Survivors include his wife Janet (Pierce) Hopson whom he married July 10, 1988, one son Norman Alfieri of Niskayuna, two daughters Susan Mahoney-Clark and her husband Kenneth of Glenville and Audrey Taylor and her husband Bradley of Clifton Park, three sisters Phyllis Rostker, Lucille Heller and Ella Mae Huffman all of California, also survived by three grandchildren James Mahoney III, Justin Sikorski and Emily Taylor. A Memorial Service will be Saturday November 20, 2004 at 12 noon at Jermain Presbyterian Church Chapel 601 5th Avenue Watervliet , NY. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend.
