Brooke Hebert

Brooke Anne Hebert passed away suddenly on Thursday, May 4, 2023.

Brooke was born September 17, 1981 and grew up in Schenectady and Galway enjoying the outdoors, the ocean, dance and gymnastics. Brooke was a 2000 graduate of Galway High School. Following high school, Brooke lived and worked in Schenectady, Saratoga and Albany areas working in various restaurants and in customer service positions.

Brooke was a proud and loving mother to her beautiful daughter, Ruby Jean, born in 2016.Brooke is survived by her daughter, Ruby Jean D’Angelo, her loving mother, Wendy Grant, her stepfather Paul Grant and her grandparents, Jean Molloy and John Kellogg. In addition, Brooke is survived by her step siblings Gabby Condon and Dalton Grant and her cousins Aubrey Barrett, Collin Kellogg, and Charlotte Lopez and several aunts and uncles .

Brooke was pre-deceased by her father, Charlie Hebert, cousin Joshua Nasci, grandmother, Barbara Kellogg, and grandfather, Earl Molloy.

Brooke leaves us with a beautiful child that brings joy to her family and it is our hope that Brooke is at peace.

A celebration of Brooke’s life will be held at Bond Funeral Home on Thursday, May 11, 2023 from 5-7PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Alliance for Mental Illness.
