Billie Jo Miller

Billie Jo Miller, 62, of Rotterdam passed away Friday January 9, 2015 at St. Peter's Hospice Inn in Albany. Born in Schenectady, she was the daughter of the late William Moffeo and Josephine (Ilnicki) Edwards. She graduated as an RN from St. Mary's Hospital Nursing Program in Amsterdam. She owned and operated for many years her own day care center. Billie Jo was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church in Schenectady. She was also a member of the Schonowe Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Billie Jo is predeceased by one sister Susan Korszun. She is survived by her husband Gary Miller whom she married March 24,1973, one son Justin Miller (Shanna) of Rotterdam and one daughter Melissa Harnett (James) of East Berne also survived by two grandchildren Ashley Hines and Tyler Harnett. A Memorial Service will be Wednesday evening 7PM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Calling hours will be Wednesday evening 5-7PM prior to the service.
