Betty J Bush

Betty J. Bush 76 of Schenectady went home Thursday morning April 27, 2006 with her family at her side. She was born June 29, 1929 in Weedsport, NY, the youngest daughter of the late Reverend and Mrs. Francis T. Finch of Johnson City, NY. A Schenectady resident for 43 years, she was an active member of the pilgrim Holiness Church and was a homemaker, an avid gardener and scholar. Mrs. Bush is survived by her husband George L. Bush, two daughters, Patricia Bush and Diane Bradbury and a son David Bush all of Schenectady, seven grandchildren,2 great grandchildren: two brothers Reverend Robert Finch of Athens ,PA and John Finch of Johnson City, NY. She joins her parents and the following brother and sisters in Heaven: Wesley Finch, Gladys Penird, Evelyn Potts and Neva Bartholomew. The family wishes to express its thanks to Ginny and the rest of the Hospice staff for its kindness and generosity during her illness. Friends and family may call from 5 to 7 pm Friday evening April 28, 2006 at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Saturday morning April 29, 2006 at 10am, with Reverend Timothy Forsee officiating. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery, Tribes Hill, NY.
