Barbara A. Jacobson

Barbara Ann Creasy Jacobson, 77, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2026.

Born on March 21, 1949, in Schenectady, NY, Barbara was the daughter of Douglas and Kathryn. She lived a full and meaningful life, bringing warmth and joy to those around her for 77 years.

Barbara will be remembered most for being independent, a hard worker, and for her profound devotion to family. Her loved ones were the center of her world. An avid lover of cooking, antiques, and motorcycles, she found immense joy in preparing meals for those she loved, discovering unique treasures that filled her home with character and history, and embracing the freedom of the open road.

She is survived by her husband, Martin; her daughter, Kelly; her son, Bruce; her grandchildren, Jared, Skylar, Shawna, and Nathan; her sisters, Kathleen and Maureen; her brother, Judson; and several nieces and nephews.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Jack and Bruce.
