Audrey W. Wade

Audrey W. Wade passed away peacefully with her husband by her side, on August 7, 2026.

Audrey W. Wade lived a long beautiful, and love-filled life alongside her husband Robert E. Wade, with whom she shared 75 years of marriage.

Together Audrey and Robert built a life and a family that became their greatest legacy. They raised 4 children, Crystal DeLorenzo (Gregory), Bill Wade (Elayne), Waldine Wade-Niedhammer (Jim), Doug Wade (Ann). They were blessed with 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Their family was their greatest accomplishment, and Audrey’s love could be felt in every generation that followed.

Robert and Audrey also shared a life of hard work and entrepreneurship, owning and operating Wade Tours, Inc. together. Through their years of marriage, family, and work, they created memories and relationships that will continue to live on.

Audrey lived by the motto K.I.S.S. -“keep it simple sweetheart” and that motto captured so much of who she was. Audrey was a loving, generous woman who found joy in the people around her and the little things in life. She gave freely of her love, her time, and herself to those she cared about.

And of course, Audrey had a lipstick collection that could rival anyone’s.

Audrey leaves behind an incredible legacy not simply in the years she lived, but in the lives she touched. Her love, kindness, generosity, and the memories she created with her family will continue through every generation that follows.

She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.

Funeral Services for Audrey will be Friday August 14, 2026 at 1PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Visitation will be from 10-1PM prior.

Interment in Schenectady Memorial Park in Rotterdam.
