Athanasios Tsamis

Athanasios Tsamis 76 passed away early Wednesday morning August 17th at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.

Born in Athens, Greece Athanasios was the son of the late Fotis and Katherine (Brisimni) Tsamis.

A former cook for many years, He retired from Vivians Diner in Rensselaer, NY.

Beside his parents Athanasios was predeceased by a brother in Greece.

He is survived by his daughter Kathy A. Cook of Schenectady and his 3 grandchildren Mark Cook, Bryan Cook and Christopher Hillier all of Schenectady and a brother in Greece.

A graveside service will be held on Friday afternoon at 1 pm at Park View cemetery in Schenectady.
