Arthur F Rose

Arthur F. Rose, 67 of Princetown died Saturday November 26, 2011 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy. Born in Amsterdam, he was the son of the late William and Mildred (Muselbeck) Rose. He was employed as a laborer for 30 years for the Schenectady County Highway Department, retiring in 1999. Arthur was a member of the Plotterkill Volunteer Fire Department and Fire Police. He was a member of the Tri County Pony Club and was also on the Board of Directors of the Altamont Fairground for 5 years. Arthur is survived by his brother Donald G. Rose Sr. (Jo-Ann) of Princetown, one nephew Donald G. Rose Jr. and one niece Marcia Rose both of Princetown. Funeral Services will be Wednesday 11AM at the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue, Schenectady. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Calling Hours will be Tuesday evening, 6-8PM at the funeral home. Internment will be in Van Vechten Cemetery.
