Antonio Rossi

Antonio (James) Cataldo Rossi 91 of Rosa Road formerly of Sanders Avenue, Scotia died Thursday October 6, 2005 at home after a long illness. Born in Schenectady, he was the son of the late Frank and Julia (D'Orio) Rossi. A retired contractor and owner of several area motels James was the owner of James Ross Paving in Schenectady before his retirement. He was a former member of St. Joseph's Church in Scotia. Survivors include three children; Angelina (Rossi) Chamberland and husband Lawrence of Schenectady, Frank Rossi and wife Rose Marie of Ballston Spa and Patricia Rossi of Schenectady, a sister Elizabeth Carhuff of Schenectady and nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday morning October 10, 2005 at 8:15am at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY followed at 9 am at St. Anthony's Church, 331 Seward Place, Schenectady, NY. Calling hours will be held Sunday evening October 9, 2005 at the funeral home from 6 to 8 pm. Entombment in Evergreen Memorial Park ,Colonie,NY.
