Anna E. Looman, 93, of Princetown passed away at Kingsway Arms Nursing Home on Saturday April 4, 2015. Born in Schenectady she was the daughter of the late Lee and Beulah (Clute) Ostrander. Anna was a co-owner of Capital Auto Appraisal. She was a member of the Bellevue Reformed Church. Anna was also a member of the Home Bureau (Hilltop Neighbors). She enjoyed making Teddy Bears and crafting. Anna loved her ocean vacations at Seaside Heights, NJ and her trips to the Amish Country. She is predeceased by her late husband Walter Looman whom she married October 2, 1943, her son David Looman and her brother Byron Ostrander. Anna is survived by her daughter in law Maryann Looman of Princetown, one sister Marjorie Talbot (Ronald) of Schenectady, also survived by her grandchildren Daniel Looman ( Paula), Michelle Shafer ( Scott) and Melissa Looman as well as five great grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Thursday 12 noon at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A calling hour will be held 11-12 prior to the service at the funeral home. Internment will be later in the spring at Fairview Cemetery in Princetown. Contributions can be made in Anna's memory to the charity of one's choice.
