Alpha Bigsbee

Alpha M. Bigsbee, 94, of Burnt Hills died Monday August 4, 2008 at the Glendale Home in Glenville. Born in Schenectady on April 23, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Francis Peyton and Myrtie Adah (Pratt) Mcatee. Alpha was a homemaker. She is predeceased by her husband James Bigsbee whom died on October 31, 2001. Alpha often spoke of her happy childhood and the wonderful times she had with her Mother and Grandmother. She is survived by her Cousin Raymond (Gail) Bradt of Burnt Hills. A Private Graveside Funeral Service will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Rutland,Vermont. There will be no calling hours by request. Arrangements are by the Bond Funeral Home Broadway and Guilderland Avenue Schenectady.
