Allen J Seymore

Allen J. Seymore, 72, of Schenectady passed away on Saturday July 31, 2021 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady. Born in Brooklyn, he was the son of the late Joseph and Janice (Whitley) Seymore.

He was employed in maintenance for New York State until his retirement. Allen attended Bethel Baptist Church.

Allen is predeceased by his wife Deborah Williams Seymore.

He is survived by his son Roben Seymore of Schenectady, his daughter Cidnee Hunter of Schenectady, one brother Phillip Seymore (Alicia) of Maryland and one sister Marie Seymore Ford of Maryland. Allen is also survived six grandchildren De’Yara, Evlia, Lijee, Michael, Maurice and Nevaeh as well as three great grandchildren Ni’Yara, Noel and Violet.

Funeral Services for Allen will be Monday August 9, 2021 at 3PM at the Bond Funeral Home 1614 Guilderland Avenue Schenectady. A Visitation will be from 2-3PM prior to the service.
