Alfio L Toffolo

Alfio L. Toffolo, 80, passed away on January 20, 2019, after a brave and courageous battle against cancer, with his family by his side.

Alfio was born in Eindhoven, Holland on February 2,1938, the oldest son of Quinto and Teresina Toffolo. He immigrated to America in 1960. He married Evelyn Glaser of February 8, 1964. Alfio was a life long tileman, who loved his work. He also loved his family, friends, gardens, steaks and Manhattans. Alfio had a knack for making everyone feel at home and he always had a story to tell.

Alfio is survived by his wife Evelyn, daughters Maria and Carrie, son-in-law Todd, grandsons Malcolm, Ian and Nicholas and his brother Libero.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday January 24th at Bond Funeral Home, Broadway & Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY from 6 to 8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 am at the funeral home.

Entombment will be in St. Cyril’s Cemetery in Rotterdam, NY
